Im in agreement i work in exeter, this journey should take 15 minutes . In the evening
I can get to Penn Inn easly on most days but it takes 35 to 40 minutes to get to rivera way roundabout,so i suggest somthing is done about it! . everyone is complaining about the goverment over spending on lesser gains, I say show us the MONEY.
