Twelve Devon County Council officials spent a day touring Newton Abbot and Torquay before meeting with objectors to the proposed Kingskerswell Bypass at the village’s Parish Hall. Councillor David Cox, Vice Chairman of the Development Control Committee, said the day had been ’a learning curve’. Sixty residents, including environmental representatives, attended. Devon County Council are fully behind the building of a Kingskerswell Bypass
