Chairman of the Devon & Cornwall Business Council, Tim Jones, in a major article in the Western Morning News on August 9th 2005 said ’The green lobby is costing the Region dear.’ The DCBC have always supported the Kingskerswell Bypass, said Mr Jones and he castigates the many NIMBY groups that constantly hold back the economy of the area.
